Agreement (Concord)
Concord in broad terms means agreement between the subject and the verbs as well as other
elements of the clause structure.

1.      Simple present tense
·        A pair of knife is on the table.
·        If the road is dirty, residents, vehicle users, or government is to responsible.
·        The participant is from Surakarta.
·        More than eleven students of one class hate to swim.
·        Somebody helps you to bring your goods.
·        Mathematics is difficult subject.
·        Andy and his brother play basketball in the garden.
·        Children play football happily
·        Two years is long time for me to recognize you.
·        Every people wants to life happily.
2.      Simple past tense
·        She went to Borobudur last week.
·        He sent the letter yesterday.
·        The secretary typed a letter to other company.
·        My grandfather told me about colonizer.
·        I called my sister.
·        My brother bought a new bag.
·        My father read a newspaper last morning.
·        My friend came to my house last saturday.
·        My cat slept on the chair.
·        I swept the floor yesterday.
3.      Present Perfect Tense
·        She has wrote 3 letters since this morning.
·        He has gone to Prambanan with his friend.
·        She has eaten an apple.
·        My father has bought a bird.
·        They have returned to their home.
·        You have planted seed of mango tree.
·        Andy have cleaned the window.
·        The teacher have taught his students in the classroom.
·        He has walked along street.
·        We have made a cake.
4.      Past Perfect Tense
·        Some employees had typed when the boss came.
·        My mother had cooked a soup when my father drank a cup of coffee.
·        My neighboor had swept the floor when I passed.
·        They had played football when I called my mother.
·        I had listened to music when she opened the door.
·        I had done my assignment when he gave me a flower.
·        He had watched television when I took a glass.
·        My brother had drunk a glass of milk when I called him.
·        She had washed the clothes when I broke the mirror.
·        He had cut the grass when she pour the water.
5.      Present Contionuos
·        I am doing my assignment now.
·        She is eating ice cream in the park.
·        The child is walking on the table.
·        The waiter is bringing the order.
·        She is watering the flower in the garden.
·        I am looking the picture.
·        She is drawing a scenery.
·        She is borrowing my book.
·        They are doing the exam.
·        The children are looking for a wallet.
6.      Past Continous
·        She was waiting her friend.
·        He was sleeping on the bed.
·        I was sitting under the tree.
·        She was coming to my house.
·        Some people were riding bicycle.
·        I was painting my room.
·        She was talking to me about her job.
·        They were planting some plant.
·        My mother was sweeping the floor.
·        My sister was getting a new job.
7.      Simple Future Tense
·        I will finish my study.
·        She will go to her grandmother’s house.
·        He will eat much cake.
·        My mother will cook a delicious soup.
·        My brother will win the competition.
·        She will give me money.
·        He will lend his motorcycle.
·        They will have dinner together.
·        My parents will buy a new house.
·        Sinta will sleep at 9.
8.      Past Future Tense
·        She would iron her clothes.
·        She would join the company.
·        I would be a good teacher.
·        My friend would finish her assignment.
·        My brother would go fishing.
·        He would get a new job.
·        She would enter the classroom.
·        He would ask permission to his parents.
·        He would run around the field.
·        He would taking money from the bank.
9.      Present Perfect Continous Tense
·        She has been sleeping for one hour.
·        He has been cutting the grass for two hours.
·        They have been going to the museum since this morning.
·        They have been riding a horse for thirty minutes.
·        He has been seeing a beautiful scenery since yesterday.
·        We have been talking to our lecturer for fifty minutes.
·        My sister has been crying for one week.
·        I have been doing my assignment since yesterday.
·        I have been waiting her for one hour.
·        He has been writing a report since yesterday.
10.  Past Perfect Continous Tense
·        She had been coming to my house before she went to campus.
·        He had been talking about something for five minutes.
·        She had been cleaning her room for one hour.
·        He had been walking on the street before he arrived to the shop.
·        My mother had been cooking meal before she swept the floor.
·        I had been left a note before I went to my friend’s house.
·        My brother had been studying before he faced an exam.
·        She had been watching the film for two hours.
·        He had been playing football for three hours.
·        My father had been wearing a hat before he went outside.
11.  Future Continous Tense
·        He will be entering the mosque.
·        He will be inviting his friend.
·        They will be playing badminton.
·        She will be wearing the dress.
·        My brother will be travelling to Jogja.
·        My mother will be buying a clothes.
·        We will be going to cinema.
·        He will be picking me up.
·        Some students will be studying in the library.
·        The teacher will be giving a book.
12.  Past Future Continous Tense
·        He was going to be jogging this morning.
·        She was going to be singing.
·        They were going to be planting a plant.
·        They were going to be giving meal to other people.
·        I was going to be sending message to her.
·        She was going to be sleeping this night.
·        He was going to be coming this evening.
·        She was going to be taking taxi.
·        My brother was going to be watching volley ball competition.
·        He was going to be asking direction to her.
13.  Future Perfect Tense
·        I will have finished my assignment.
·        She will have asked him about his job.
·        They will have painted my house.
·        We will have ridden our bicycle.
·        He will have lost his computer.
·        She will have used her new computer.
·        You will have run to the house.
·        The farmer will have harvested plant.
·        She will have visited the lake.

14.  Past Future Perfect Tense

·        She would have been going for two weeks when she felt bored.

·        They would have been sleeping for two hours when they finished their lunch.
·        My mother would have been eating when she finished cooking.
·        He would have been throwing the paper when he felt angry.
                  He would have been cutting his nail for five minutes when he came to his home.
